If there is an issue with your purchase within 30 days, we'll replace it or offer a refund of the original purchase price paid. Simply email us support@ozobot.com with your receipt, what issues you are having, and our team will be happy to help you.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders made between Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned anytime up to Jan 31 of the following year.

Shipping varies depending on the contents of your order.

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order and 5-10 for the order to ship. 

If express shipping and other options are available (based on your destination, etc) you will see those options at checkout.

We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store. For international orders and availability, please connect with one of our representatives on the Meet Your Rep page.
